We recommend pausing active retinoids and harsh exfoliants 48 hours prior to your session to ensure your skin receives restorative care gently.

Arrive fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled time to settle into our unhurried sanctuary and enjoy a welcome botanical tea.

We ask for twenty-four hours notice should you need to reschedule your reserved time.

This courtesy allows us to offer the opening to another client seeking restorative care.
